What is ResHab?

Residential Habilitation "provides an integrated array of individually-tailored services and supports furnished to an eligible participant which are designed to assist them to reside successfully in their own homes, with their families, or alternate family home."

Here at Roots Support Services, our goal as a ResHab provider is to facilitate progress among our participants.

Our agency's objective is to enable individuals with disabilities to thrive. We encourage our clients to be active participants in deciding their care plan, to socialize, engage in new activities as well as continue with healthy habits, and to take pride and joy in their accomplishments.
